SPAM: This is one important issue that is destroying integrity of internet. There has been a lot of reports from forum webmasters that uvouch users have been spamming their links on their forums.

After some investigation we have found out that most of those sites are from mail.ru or bigmir.net email address and are full of ads

These sites added like 40,000 links on Uvouch. it’s hard to believe what extent they will go to promote their stuff. I don’t understand how google adsense is still allowing them to earn.

Recently, we have deleted around 1000 users and all their details from database. We are working on intelligent systems that will automatically flag any suspicious activity on Uvouch.

I request everyone who reads this post to report any type of activity you see or found online that promotes Uvouch spam. This is one thing that is not going to be tolerated on Uvouch

I personally apologize for delay in launch of advanced Uvouch functionality. Testing has taken more time then originally expected. Though I can assure all Uvouch users, directors and passionate people out there that this delay would be worth it

Since the last few months the Uvouch team has been working behind closed doors to improve its service and bring out additional useful functionality for its users. We haven’t forgotten about any of our users and all these changes are due to feedback provided to us

The new changes are expected to be live by end of next week. Here is a glimpse of what to expect with our new and improved Uvouch.com:

1. Fan clubs. Users can create fan clubs on topic they are passionate about. These fan clubs topic can range from business to politics, movies to music, sports to cooking and lots more.

Through these fan clubs, users can build their own community of fans or mini-websites or channels where they can easily add videos, photos, forums, polls, music, blogs, links and much more. Use the most advanced drag and drop fan club customization.

Directors from top video websites like Youtube, Dailymotion etc can take this opportunity to have a place dedicated for their fans to discuss and share content, videos and other interesting information related to the director’s work. Directors can communicate with their fans and moderate the fan club as their own personal entertainment website.

2. Advance drag and drop profile customization with mapping service. Full customization of all the content pages that are related to a particular user.

3. Improved social networking, online clipping and sharing functionalities.

4. Improved searching through millions of videos around the web.

5. Improved SPAM protection and flagging system

Uvouch.com offers a new service that allows you to download videos to your computer from top video websites like Youtube, Myspace, Dailymotion, Metacafe, ifilm, Grouper and many more.

You can download videos that are already posted on Uvouch.com by clicking on “Download Video” or you can simply add new videos from other websites by downloading them. Feel free to suggest a website to include in our download list by simply contacting us.

Videos are mostly downloaded in flv format. You can either use the flv player to play those videos or flv converter to convert those videos in different file formats like wmv,avi etc.
