My husband was a very detailed researcher. He researched everything about chocolate. One area he concentrated on was chocolate manufacturers.
He liked to follow the mergers and acquistions of chocolate manufacturers. Chocolate is big business. It’s a multi-billion dollar industry worldwide. A number of familiar household names make chocolate. You may even recognize some of their products.

If you actually watch the clip, the volunteers are paid volunteers to taste chocolate. Of course, they are tasting chocolate at work.
