Pilots and aircraft passengers have confirmed sightings of two large Unidentified Flying Objects off the coast of Guernsey. The bright yellow flat disc shapes, estimated to be between the size of 2 Boeing 737s and a mile wide, were spotted on Monday, 12 to 15 miles north east of the island. Captain Ray Bowyer was flying an Aurigny plane from Southampton to Alderney when he saw the objects through binoculars. Aurigny Pilot Ray Bowyer is a professional pilot who has been flying for 20 years. He said: "In my years of experience I`ve never seen anything like this and frankly I`d be perfectly happy not to ever again. It`s a pretty chilling thing and from my first sighting of it - it appeared to be fairly small but it must have been fairly huge." At first he thought it was the sun reflecting from greenhouses in Guernsey. He said the objects were bright like the sun, but did not hurt his eyes when he looked at them. The stationary objects were also observed by other aircraft and the passengers on the plane. Radar screens picked up some activity in the area and pilot witnesses are now preparing reports for the relevant authorities.

Just over ten years ago, in the early evening hours of March 13, 1997, a huge V-shaped, triangular or boomerang-shaped object was reportedly spotted near Henderson, Nevada. The object, with large lights on its underside, was reported by some witnesses to be more than one mile across in size. It cruised gently and silently into Arizona in a generally south-southeast direction, according to witnesses and researchers. Before it reached the outskirts of the metro Phoenix “Valley of the Sun,” it was allegedly spotted by hundreds of Arizonans in smaller towns to the northwest. By mid-evening, the object was drifting directly across metro Phoenix, including the central downtown area and Sky Harbor International Airport. Cruising at a relatively low altitude, it was reportedly witnessed by hundreds or thousands of people. Approximately two hours later, Air Force training exercises far to the west of metro Phoenix included the dropping of flares, which also were seen by some residents. According to many witnesses and researchers, the large V-shaped object and the Air Force flares were two different incidents. That evening, many citizens called local police and TV stations, and in following days the story was carried by local, national and international media outlets. Some government officials and some in the media claimed that witnesses simply mistook the military training flares over the western mountains for a huge V-shaped object directly over their heads. According to journalist Kean’s report, former Governor Symington considers the Phoenix Lights incident as unsolved and believes further official investigation is warranted. The Phoenix Lights incident has become one of the most interesting UFO sightings in recent years. The number of witnesses, the size and altitude of the object and the fact that it slowly cruised directly over a major American city during mid-evening all contribute to the fascination. After doing a little digging I came across a higer resolution version of this clip, making it abit brighter so you can see more clearly. After analyzing this further I am pretty certain this is a CGI (Computer Generated Image) animation. The lighting does not appear to be correct on the craft is regards to the surroundings. There are also afew tell tail signs of camera & object shake not matching. I`m no expert when it comes to authenticating video footage but I know the basics of what to look for. I guess Bry didn`t like the fact I have found this version and retracted what I said about it not being CGI so he has deleted that comment and this video respone, well sorry mate but I`m 99% certain thats what it is, not at all impossible to fake.
