Clocking in at nearly five and a half hours, `Led Zeppelin DVD` is culled from the few performances ever filmed during the band`s lifetime. You`ll see them at London`s Royal Albert Hall in January 1970, shortly after the release of their blistering debut album. You`ll catch them at Madison Square Garden in `73. Then on to at London`s Earl`s Court in May 1975. Finally, you`ll sweat and groove to their record-breaking performances at Knebworth in 1979, just one year before the loss of drummer John Bonham. Over 400,000 people attended the Knebworth shows over two nights.

This is the purest Led Zeppelin one can imagine. Robert Plant`s voice is really over the top, the dialogue between his unique and fantastic voice and the furious guitar of Jimmy Page never sounded better and more passionate as here.
Tracklist:
1: Communication breakdown: includes the best live middle funk section Zeppelin ever performed.
2: Dazed and confused: A fantastic performance of this song. John Paul and Bonham hold an incredible beat and change it with fantastic effect in incredible sincronicity under the fast guitar playing of Jimmy.
3: Iᄡm gonna leave you: A very rare live performance for Zeppelin of this song. This live version is good but if you own a high generation of this show then the guitar can sound somewhat strange on those boots.
4: How many more times: I have never before and since heard a better live version of this song by Zeppelin. The guitar solo section is fantastic with extreme speed but very tasteful. A fantastic guitar solo, possibly his best.

Venue Antenne Culturelle Du Kremlin-Bicetre Thursday June 19, 1969. (11 min 45 sec)
Emerging from backstage the band immediately launch into "Communication Breakdown" in front of a passive and seated French audience. Jimmy Page plays ripping lead guitar parts and uses a wah-wah pedal in the later stages. The second song, a cut down version of "Dazed and Confused", begins with the sound of Jimmy Page using a violin bow on his Les Paul in a groaning question and answer exchange with vocalist Robert Plant imitating the guitar sounds. The band further develop this theme with drums and bass supplying a driving rhythm for the excellent guitar solos and wailing vocal performance. The final section of the video shows what appears to be a sound-check of "Communication Breakdown" with the main focus of the camera on the genius of John Bonham.
