This will be the first installment in a series of short films, chronicling some of my shooting sessions with Natalie and other models. I chose to show this pre-session part of the event because I thought that Natalie was brilliant in how she prepared her hair and her make-up. But more than this, I wanted to bring across her great personality and joie de vivre. She proved to be a great model and I couldn’t resist capturing a few images of her in the dressing room as she was preparing. It took me the better part of my week-end to create this short film of Natalie Mai as she prepares for our shoot of last March. Of course all the raw video was already in existence.
