Perfect Cell gets a long-awaited AI update. I take Son Goku to fight the real "Perfect" Perfect Cell. Both DBZ characters are made by CHOUJIN, and Perfect Cell gets a long-awaited AI update. Looking at Cell`s new AI, I finally understand how to link Cell`s combos together. The new Cell is not really that bad unless he has super energy built up. Then, he becomes very hard to fight. He counters almost every time using the Force Field and the High-Speed Dodges. If he has level 3 super energy, he will unleash a combo and finish it off with the "Damn It!" move. This deadly combo does upwards of 42 hits and can kill an opponent at 100%! Luckily, Cell only does this if you let him build up to Level 3 energy.
