This is Harbor Amherst of Maple Island. The heroes/heroines of MapleStory are just playing around at various places around the harbor. Before long, the ship leaves for Victoria Island. But what is that eye in the darkness?

This song was written at a time when teachers (in Victoria at least) felt that the government tended to neglect education. So I wrote it partly as a bit of a protest song - but mainly just for fun. As a first year teacher I had my share of students like the one in this song.
Lyrics:
Well, the very first day that I went to school
The teacher said I was a hopeless fool,
Sat me in the corner on a dunce`s stool
And I ain`t goin` back no more.
...Ain`t goin` back no more, no more.
...I ain`t goin` back no more.
...Ain`t goin` back to the little red schoolhouse.
...Ain`t goin` back no more.
Well, this bloke up front with all the clues
Is raving on about "whom" and "whose".
I`m just sittin` there undoin` screws,
And I ain`t goin` back no more.
Another old twit what thought he was smart
Handed around some sheets for Art.
I made mine into a paper dart,
And I ain`t goin` back no more.
Then this `ere English Literature pest
Talked about the books that he said were the best
While I read comics under the desk,
And I ain`t goin` back no more.
"You`ll never get a job!" says this `eadmaster gent.
I laughed at him, and off I went,
And now I`m sittin` in parliament,
And I ain`t goin` back no more.
...No chorus
Yes, I`m part of the government of this `ere nation
And I couldn`t care less about education.
I find such a subject beneath my station,
And I ain`t goin` back no more.
